I said preseason a ceiling of 8-4 to 7-5.

People way over rated our returning talent. I said our interior DL was a huge problem with just 3 guys if someone got hurt and I was right. McKinnely is the one guy we couldn’t afford to lose in there and we did.

The one area nobody talked about was the LBs and that’s clearly going to be a big issue all year. Not good. So basically the middle of the D is in big trouble.

The unit that’s been disappointing to me so far though are the DBacks. Didn’t expect that.

TD is a little less ready than we hoped and with a freshman left tackle isn’t ideal. The WRs are going to have to step up to.

I never made any official predictions either but I was also in the 8 win range.

I had 6-6...7-5. New QB and suspect O line doesn't equal a great season. We'll get better. We are not winning next week. Season starts after Clemson.
