Sterling needs a vacation. He's been through some stuff, with the home invasion and robbery while he was at the World Cup. He is trending down, though.

They need somebody else they can count on at the front of their attack for 15 goals, apart from a striker.  They expected Sterling to be that guy, and that's reasonable based on recent performance, even as he was being phased out at City.

If you want to compete for championships, you need [I]a couple[/I] guys who can each get you 15-20 (all comps) a season, then a couple more who can get you around 10 from the wing or attacking midfield.

Add in a couple center backs who can chip 4-5 goals a season from set pieces, and that's a well balanced offense.
