Isaac Hawkins. That game was the beginning of the Pitt domination over us. We had handled them up to that game like clockwork then this happened.

Preston was actually a pretty good all around player in my opinion. His senior year he lead Syracuse in rebounding and averaged over 2 steals a game (which is a big accomplishment for a forward).

I'm gonna catch crap, but I can not stand that man. Thought he played weak and was not a team player. If he didn't get his shots early he would wander the baseline on offense and never really go for it.
Granted my last year on the hill (and last year with seasons) was the year all hell broke loose, but we fought for our front row student section seats for every game and had to watch that crap ball. So that is the main reason, but he just didn't want it, in my opinion. Nice guy and a great shooter though. (Feel like I should say, no offense, but...)
Best part of that year though was that I turned to my friend and said that we would win it all within the next four years.
