That Anthony Davis started out as a 6-0 guard on a lousy high sch0ool basketball team. He was 6-0 as a freshman, 6-4 as a sophomore, 6-7 as a junior and 6-8 last year. He's now 6-10. His team, Perspectives Charter School, had never been any good at sports but he stayed there. As a junior, they went 8-15 and last year, with the #1 player in the country, they were 6-19. Now he's the star of a 38-2 national championship team.
