You have done yeoman service bringing this program back from the brink of the FCS but that is not the standard for the job. It isn't working the way you are doing it and you need to rethink your approach. Tom Caughlin would be unemployed instead of a two-time Super Bowl winning coach if he had not adapted. You need to get a hold of this team and teach it how to win. If you can't, next year and the year after will be no different. Then we will all say, too bad and best wishes.
