You sign in using your account number, phone number, email and a password.
I read Friday & Wednesday's editions before the system went in the crapper. While on the front page of the Monday edition everything froze, then did eratic things. A call to customer service found that the representative was having the same issues. Pages were taking 5 minutes to load then would not come into focus. When they did the articles were overlapping each other. I tried to go back to the Friday articles and the same thing was happening.
It doesn't matter what server you use, it does the same thing on Explorer, Fire Fox and Google Chrome.
All she could say was that it's not your computer and that she will report the problem.
