The WR and LB Rooms will both be interesting this year.

Who will step up?

Just like the defense playing more nickel we could see the the offense playing playing 2rb/1te more often

PS is that 21 or 12 formation?

Not a chance Dino modifies the O. He does what he does at all costs and thats the way to play it. These wrs will be plugged in and run routes according to the D alignment. Question is do they make the right reads at the LOS and get into position to make a catch. We wilk do what we do on O. That's the way we roll. A 2 back system is a huge modification to what these kids have learned the last 3 years.

I don’t think we run any of that outside of the goal line. Would be interesting to see that’s for sure.

You don’t think that Strick, Neal, and Pierce will be on the field a lot together?

(By a lot I mean 25% of normal down and distance snaps)

If Custis can be a threat in the slot and D’s are already worried about Pierce? Lots of 1 on 1’s on the outside. Could be something.

No. Struck or Neal. We just haven’t done two RBs. If we do it will be to have one split out as a WR.

Good thought, but no, i don't think so. We are a 1 back look. Question is does RP play off the tackle or get flexed out to get him in space. I actually like him in the slot more than some of the unproven wrs. RP and Custis in the slots in a quads look sounds pretty enticing!!!

The only way this happens is if Neal is playing in the slot as a WR.
The idea would definitely be one of them in motion a lot of the time but maintaining the option of a split back set.

Listen, if 3-4 prime time receivers emerge then I would rather that as best case scenario.

If 3-4 relievers do not separate themselves, then a 2 back 1 te set would keep the defense in a “heavy” package. Then you could always split one rb out and flex Pierce. If the defense reacted with nickel we could run it down their throat.

It’s July, I’m just spitballin.

Last year somebody posted video of him running two rb sets when he was at bowling green. If that is what puts playmakers on the field and maximizes our matchups, he'll do it.

Both Johnsons are going to do well. RP becomes a big play maker. Hendrix sees the field early.

much easier to use 2 rb sets when you can actually run the ball. he likes to run at pace and 2 rb sets do that once it gets rolling.
