So are you saying that I'm out of the loop because I know what the rules are? Ok. You really need to do some research before you open your mouth, it would be a great service to everyone on this forum that has the displeasure of having to read your posts.
 
That being said, I think what I posted made it pretty clear that I didn't feel the rule was enforceable in regards to tweeting and likewise probably wouldn't stand up in court, because it's unrealistic to expect schools to police fans on social media.
