Jacobian has shown potential, havent seen enough of GS yet to know yet if he can get it done or not. The only one we've seen enough of to know he cant get it done is TD

What makes me crazy is Dino will prob play Tommy vs Albany. We’ll beat them, like Ohio, with good D and another pathetic offensive performance but the win will make him believe Tommy can play vs ACC teams. He can’t and we’ll finish with 2 wins.

Jacobian’s mistakes were freshman mistakes last year.

He showed promise and if it comes to rolling with him then fine. At least he saw his second and third receivers.

In the small samples I've seen of GS and JM they both appear to go through their reads. The only person in the QB room that doesn't seem to have that basic fundamental QB skill is our 5th year senior starter.

Pardon my ignorance but is that… difficult to do? My assumption is that is QB 101 which is super worrisome

It's completely mental it doesn't take any physical function other than moving your head. It's one of those intangibles that is required to be successful beyond a certain level. Similar to feeling the pocket. You have it or you don't. I just think the game is still too fast for him.
