We always get excited about the newest recruits and have to be careful to not over do our enthusiasm.  But Dungey, Womack and now Culpepper are all excellent students.  That surely is not a coincidence.  However simplified it is, the Lester offense still needs someone fairly heady to make the reads and switch to the right plays.  That comes with experience or with innate intelligence.  Hunt has experience.  For the future, we have at least 3 young QBs who should have the smarts to step up and run the offense relatively quickly.  Plus, all of them are excellent athletes, clearly better than the ones we have on the roster now.

A simpler offense.  QBs who are more qualified to run it.  It sounds to me like something good is about to happen...
