Syracuse has really leaned forward and is delivering an excellent game day environment in the Quad. If you don't have a tailgate to go to you really should arrive early to take in the activities on the Quad. A ton of effort has been put in to make this special. PDF link below with more info.

Wow that's great, I say next year we go up there for one of these!

AND who qualifies for the deal? I walked by the line for the CMU game and the line was obscene with 1 serving point.

Hope people get in their seats to cheer the team before coming out of the tunnel. I watch the players and staff waiting in the tunnel to come out, looking around to see how the crowd is... The band has worked hard including a new director, the anthem singers have been great, the SU admin have been making changes addressing complaints , it would be nice to see fans show they appreciate it.

They need to pull out all the stops for the September and October home games when people actually want to be outdoors. The MTSU game there was literally nothing for kids to do save for one puny blow up doll.

Ahem...sorry, but where I come from, a blow-up doll would not be appropriate entertainment for children.

low of 17 fri and windy all day.. i think the wind dies down and the temp rises a bit so thats gooed.. i just know for the first time all year i got the wife to go to a game and there is no chance at 35 that she will be wanting to stand outside and do anything for any period of time.. its a nice idea but had it been done at the other games with much better chance of weather it may have been better attended.. fridays weather with snow and wind only missed by less than 24 hours of being a washout event.. and i know you dodge rain with these things but we had 3 sept games where it was probably going to be more like 70 even if it rained.

I wouldn't judge it by this game, going to be a light and late arriving crowd most likely.

His phone autocorrected "house" to "doll", maybe?

Incredible the hurdles that had to be overcome to pull this off. Seems so simple but from food service, to the ability to provide alcohol to space considerations - internal and external politics - it has been quite a complex ordeal. I believe this is being looked at as a pilot so echoing Mark, consider stopping by and supporting.

No just laziness. It wasn't a bouncy house - it was just a little inflatable booth where you toss inflatable footballs. Lame.

While I am a tailgate kind of guy, I think this is great and I applaud the university for trying to make it happen.

Perhaps I am a dolt but I have been looking at the ads and links for a long time now and have yet to see a price listed anywhere. Does anyone know what the price is? Any idea why you would not include the price on any of the promotional materials being distributed?

Thanks. I have seen the document a few times. Didn't see a price on it.

For those in the same boat as me, the document is 2 pages long and the pricing is on the second page. Looking at the prices, they look very reasonable...
Dinosaur BBQ on the menu... I know the troughs can be a thing of beauty when it comes to efficiency, but how will the individual stalls hold up through game day.
