I had tickets to the Comedy Club next door and we decided to go early, grab something to eat and picked DB's so I could watch the Lions/Cardinals game. We weren't seated at the bar, but in the general bar area and I couldn't see the TVs for crap. At one point I got up from the table to go stand at the bar. The tables are really far away from the TVs and the angles suck. They only have TVs at the bar, not on the surrounding walls. Tully's has more of a look anywhere and see the game type of vibe. Now maybe DB's would be different with all TVs showing the same game however I won't ever go back there for Sunday Ticket.

Obviously Tully's has games, but my kids have been disappointed by the large amount of adults in the gaming area during a game on a Sunday afternoon. They tried to play the games but ended up spending most of the time at our table getting bored so keep that in mind as well.

My honest opinion is that a bowl party is your best bet unless you've got 30 or more people. The kids will all keep themselves occupied, it's definitely cheaper, you'll be able to hear the game, and I love cooking game day type food so that's how I roll. Already planning this year's menu.
