Question about tailgating if doing the one day bus deal.

Should I be preparing myself to be hanging out around the busses or going to one of the local bars around the stadium? Those that went last time might be able to provide a little insight into what works better. Also how far are the busses from the stadium? Thinking if we dont hang by busses we could go to the bars then come back to the bus and get all the warm clothes before we walk in. Unfortunately it will be in the 20's-30's so we have to think about this stuff.
