I can't wade through all the NCAA threads, so my apologies is this has been answered.
I saw this point raised when the news first came out; are we now docked 2 scholarships per year for 4 years, or 8 scholarships over 4 years? Because I've seen it worded both ways, and if it's 8 over 4 years, well, we're already down 3 this year, so it should only be 5 over the next 3 years. Or is it 2 per year for 4 years, in which case I assume a lucky walk on is getting a scholarship?
