Without valuing the increase in SU's intangible asset and the associated financial benefits that accrue to CITIZENS, you aren't correctly calculating the return on an investment of PUBLIC money.       It is very difficult to do this with any accuracy, I don't have the time or the skills to do it - but to say the dome's financial success should be judged by ticket sales tax is some pretty darn limited thinking and just plain wrong - it's too simplistic.
