Absolutely for you can already tell that this year's team has more talent/skill/speed/strength/size than in the past and a win over the #3 ranked Tigers would do wonders...especially for recruiting.

I think bringing a BCS football program back from the dead is a difficult process. The road is a long and winding one and there are a number of corners that need to be turned to complete the journey.

A victory over this great Clemson team would be like getting on a ramp to the interstate instead of continuing on a 2 lane road filled with slow moving trucks, drunken geezers and teenagers on joy rides. It could cut a year or two from the rebuilding process.

We've already turned one corner, the one from doormat to respectable. If you mean the corner from respectable to very good, one win can't do that. It's no different than when we beat WVU in 2011. That win meant a lot less after the way the season finished. If we beat Clemson, we have to follow it up with at least 5 more wins this season (prior to a bowl game) and an 8 win season next year to have turned the next corner to consistent top 25 team.
