Because of NIL and agents player are more like employees then students and with that come expectations like S&C, money, dedication to the program, physical growth factor in who's given the suggestion to portal. Players getting paid changes the way l look at them in the NIL era. Am l wrong is the question

I'm all for these guys cashing in for as much as possible. I'd prefer it to be here, although I understand when its somewhere else and rarely cast any judgment on the decisions. But yes, with all that comes increased expectations regarding dedication and performance in their time here for sure.

If the school is directly paying kids then do the kids have to follow school guidelines on things? like social media and cell phones and such? software on laptops?
