Yeah and I would put the rosary beads and bibles away people, there isn't a major program out there that is squeaky clean and if there is I HIGHLY doubt it's Syracuse University

To be fair, if you were a fan in another part of the country and saw Syracuse, a private school in snowy Central New York, bringing in a tonne of players they may also question it.

This is no different than the steroid era in baseball. I wouldn't trust anyone.

Think Alabama coincides with them hiring Avery Johnson to coach. If I was a PG in the south, that's who I would be going to play for too.

Getting back to my steroid case. What this creates is an environment that makes it seem like all athletes go for the money, when in reality, location, coach, PT, school tradition can all matter as well. Just because someone went to a mid tier P5 school meant he was getting paid... although it could be.
