Love this. I grew up 8 minutes from the Casino in a small town between Rome and Verona, and the high school I attended is less than 2 miles from the Casino, so here are a few suggestions:

When you rent your car, make sure you take the toll devise (think they're called EZPass). That way you can travel Rte 90 without having to dig your pockets for change.
Friday - Skip the Utica pizza for lunch as you'll be backtracking (Utica is 35 mins Northeast from Casino and a sh!thole):

From Casino to Syracuse = 30 mins West on Rte 90 (this will be where Funk n Waffles and Stellas).
From Casino to Waterloo Outlets = 75 mins West on Rte 90 (might be best to go to Funk n Waffles and then continue on Waterloo Outlets). I assume you're flying in? If so, may want to skip Waterloo Outlets, unless you're planning to bring an oversize bag to take the stuff back with you). I fly back from the DC area regularly for games, so I'd suggest that if your ladies want to shop, your itinerary should be Stella's for breakfast on Friday and then just drive across the street to the Destiny ("Formerly known as Carousel Mall"). It's huge and lots to see/do as the mall itself has a go-cart track and other fun things to do contained within it's walls.
From there, head to the wineries along the finger lakes. Not really feasible to do 2 lakes in 1 day if you drink like I drink. Too many great wineries along each. Yelp can be useful to figure out which wineries to stop at.
Back to Casino and just enjoy yourselves. I know a few have said to head to Joel's Steakhouse (now called Stampede Steakhouse), but I've never really cared all that much for it. I would bet that you can find better food right at the Casino restaurants.

Saturday - Get up early and head towards the Dome. Unlike most college venues, parking is not overly convenient if you want to be close to the tailgating action. This board hosts a tailgate that usually attracts 100+ very dedicated and knowledgable Cuse fans. The gathering is at the corner of Standart St and Henry St parking lot. After breakfast, find a place to either street park or pay for a lot.

From Casino to Dome = 40 mins West on Rte 90.
Game Festivities - The Carrier Dome is one of only a few on-campus facilities that serves beer. So feel free to have some Dome Foam. If you're planning on sneaking any liquor into the game, I suggest you don't use any metal for your concealed substance. They wand people in some (if not all entrances). So be creative. This can and has been done. Btw... I love your ladies already. I'm a bourbon guy myself, so they're more than welcome to partake in sharing my bourbon pregame.
After the game, there are a few decent bars close by... Faegan's, etc. But I really enjoy Armory Square which is a short 5 minute drive. There you will find a few parallel streets with great bars (Kitty Hoyne's Irish Pub/Blue Tusk/etc.) and I think there are something like 30 different bars right in this very small area. Plus a few good restaurants to grab a small holdover for dinner or dinner itself. If you're looking for dinner ideas.. Kitty Hoynes has great Irish food and Pastabilities has great Italian food (if you go here, you MUST try the hot tomato oil sauce, you will never forget that sauce once you've tried it).

Sunday - Not sure what time you head out, but if it's after lunch time, I'd suggest lunch at Pastabilities (if you didn't make it Saturday) before heading to the airport. I'm telling you with certainty that the hot tomato oil sauce will be something you (a) won't want to miss; and (b) will forever remember.
