We lack talent in some key areas.  you can blame coaches for that while also admitting its been an issue for 20+ years and across multiple coaches so its causes has to be more than just the coaches.

Time management issues are bad..  you can easily find 20 games yesterday and every week where some coach screws it up, often both coaches in the same game..  Saban screws it up too.. But when you have 10x the talent it goes away as an issue.  When you have less talent it gets magnified.

Reffing .  yeah it sucks all over..  We take it to heart, but its hard to understand how a tv crew, who only replays a small set of plays in a game, ends up with most all the marginal plays they choose to replay all going against the same team so often.  Sure SU gets the breaks too, but the glaring ones that hurt pretty much always seem to go against us.   Again you see this effect 10-20 games a week  on replay decisions alone..  They really need to improve this across the board.
