Seems fair. Only 5, 10 win seasons in 40 years. Nearly as many 10 loss seasons in the same span. Only finished top 25, 10 times.
Kind of a nutshell of last season. First half (20 years) was hot, and the second half...not so much.

I was thinking the opposite. How much better would we be had we just been mediocre instead of falling flat on our faces for too much of the last 20 years.

Found this thread interesting with all of the realignment talks going on. Syracuse comes in at 39. I would think that gives us some cred at sticking around in the next wave of power conferences.
