I've even had a close friend who just so happened to sit a row in front of them at a game a couple years ago said they complained every drive that their son wasn't in and openly told everyone around them that the starter at the time was a fine college player, but would never be able to bring the SU football program to the level their son could. And that the coaches were stunting their son's growth of making to the NFL. I get that parents are there to root on their sons and will have obvious bias, but you'd like to think they want the program to succeed as well.
