The offense and play calling, such as it is, is extremely rudimentary, even less sophisticated than JB’s, and the guys look unprepared for how to react to the defense. So they resort to iso ball. I worry that Red and the staff aren’t great teachers/communicators, in addition to not being offensive masterminds. We’ll see what happens over the next month. I remember Red saying last season that offense always takes longer to come around.
