along with Kennedy Meeks and Kyle Wiltjer.

"Andy Rautins was brought on after a standout two seasons in Turkey. The former Syracuse standout was drafted No. 38 overall in the 2010 NBA Draft, and has bounced around a number of teams in the D-League and over in Europe. His outside shooting was a main reason for his invite to the Raptors camp, and impressed coach Dwane Casey early. Rautins played in all three of the Raptors preseason games, however he scored just four points and went 0-7 from behind the arc."

What? They cut Meeks? Guess they aren't a fan of his defensive technique. Neither was Rak Christmas.

Bummer for Andy. He really only got one game to show his stuff and shot 0-4 from distance. If you really want to give a shooter a chance he needs an opp to get in rhythm over a couple games.

A couple hours from Constantinople, one of the great cities of the world. He'll be all right.

Too bad he didn't make a couple threes... He could be a bench player that helps in deceptive ways. I hate to think they think of him as a gunner off the bench.

That shows sadly how they planned to use him -as a quick hit scorer off the bench. If he needs to 'warm up' that wasn't fitting their needs.

Bandırma, Turkey.
That is cool. The last shot of WWI was fired there. Andy can look forward to finding the monument erected there to commemorate this exciting fact.

There is also agriculture produced in the surrounding areas, producing products like cereals, sheep wool and meat, cattle, grain and the mineral boracite.

It sounds awesome.

Boracite, you say?

Excellent.

Well, in that case they will learn to become the ALPHA. No passing or pump fakes, ever! Gotta take over! Give him the ball and get out of the way! It’s what every pro team wants out of every player!
