I tend to think the high amount of competition on this years team is also prodding players to work hard to earn PT. The addition of GMac to the coaching staff will pay dividends as well.

When Andy came in many looked at him as a legacy player who was a good shooter and not as someone who was going to have the kind of impact that he ended up having.  That kid left everything on the floor, every game and overcame adversity with the knee injury. In the end he was a very good collegiate player and the fact that he did get drafted and make a team seems fitting for someone who worked so hard.
