I wouldn't be surprised if Harbaugh told him they have no room for him so they can free up a scholly for a higher rated player. This is what you mean by over recruit. I suppose all the big boys do that. He still can't beat OSU. lol Im not a fan of OSU but I dislike Harbaugh and UM more.
