Size and speed are why he lacks offers.  (And possibly upright running style). But I think he is hard to evaluate due to his unusual running style. (Upright with long strides despite being short) and playing poor competition.  Someone said Delone Carter as comp.  Thats probably closest, but not sure he reminds me too much of anyone we have had recently.

Pope John would go 4 wide, and they set up very wide to maximize his skill of making people miss, then getting to second level.

Keep in mind they play in the NJ Catholic “B” league, not “A”.    Most of what I saw was against lesser competition.  They did play 2 legit “A” teams (and Depaul 2x, who is probably the third best catholic school in the state, even though they’re group B).     But most of the New Jersey Catholic B schools are small and slow, and would struggle to make the group 3 playoffs,  and would not sniff group 4 or 5, except Depaul and maybe PC.

In a nutshell, lots of his film is abusing inferior competition.   A few years back, NJ’s  ALL TIME single season rushing leader played similar competition and got only Ivy offers.   Still worth an offer.  Very hard to tell if he is a diamond in the rough or really a D2 guy.
