Recap of Orangeyes Open; Reminder for Next Year

Quick recap of how things went Saturday:

The Orangeyes Open raised over $3600 for the Rochester/CNY Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. Many thanks to everyone who supported the event; your help was/is greatly appreciated.

Special thanks to OrangeOnions, CNYCentralCuse (Niko Tamurian), cto, Crusty, DRBartlett, Jim Noble and the crew at Foxfire and the Johnson family.

We will be returning to Foxfire to have the third Orangeyes Open on Saturday August 6th of 2016 at noon. Hope to see many of you there again then.

Thanks again to everyone for your support to honor a great man and to support a great cause!

Had a blast, met tons of great people including a ton of Dan's family. What a group. I didn't want to leave, but the poor wait staff wanted to go home.

I will be posting my little synopsis based on my personal experience sometime this week.

Everyone did a fantastic job with the event - I can only imagine the time Brian, Tom, and the Johnson family put into organizing this.

Count me in again for next year. Had a blast at the event! Wish I could have met more board members - but the ones I did are high quality individuals. I enjoyed the conversation with everyone.

Ironically, at around the time y'all were playing, my pre-teen niece was diagnosed with Crohn's at Upstate. Looks like I might have to take up golf again.
