We have hashed this out before, but MD has proven AA veteran offensive talent returning next year, despite the loss of Bernhardt. At least 5 guys fit that description and nobody is taking their spots barring injury. They also have a lot of promising young talent, maybe another 4 or 5 guys who are either very highly rated and/or had promising rookie campaigns with breakout potential. So in spite of all this talent Tillman immediately brings in 2 high end transfers in Donville and Khan, along with another potential breakout guy in Murphy.

That simply has to grab the attention of potential recruits. He has now done it two years in a row after bringing in Holden and Brown last year, so it's looking like a trend rather than a one-off to prospective recruits. Tillman had a list of 10 names on offense that most every team would kill to have and he said "what if I make it 13?" That would give me pause as a potential recruit even if I have no problem waiting my turn. At that point I am wondering if my turn will ever come. Good news for MD fans is they will be totally fine with all those guys, but I could see the actual recruiting classes continuing to suffer if he continues to bring in 2 or 3 guys every year.
