I thought SU would land more Team 91 kids last year with the Spallina connection but, outside of Jake and Brett, only Tyler McCarthy committed. Strange times these days when SU can't rely on many local Section III connections. Outside of St. Anthony's and Chaminade on Long Island, seems like a lot of kids from Brunswick, Culver, St John's. SU has gotten a few kids from these schools the last few years but of course would be nice to land some more. Obviously every other school feels the same! I feel like Virginia and Maryland are due for big years as they were pretty, uncharacteristically quiet last year. There were a lot of surprises last year, especially with the Ivy League.
