Notables:
* UGA is #1 at $2.5mm spent in 2018.
* Syracuse, like many other private schools, is unreported. (Don’t go by the one ACC graph estimate.)
* LSU has more than doubled its spend since 2014. And an itemized review is included.
* Wisconsin is massively efficient in spend versus outcome. Has to be the strongest ROI. Kansas likely the worst.
