I guess this has been talked about before but it does take strong leadership to break out #44 from retirement to land the big 4-5 star players - especially if that what it takes to do it.  That takes vision and leadership which I agree, along with fundraising & building the donor support levels - from the smallest donor to the largest donor, also lacks vision.  A major change throughout SUAD is long, long, long overdue.
