So far, the B1G has replaced Missouri with Nebraska and has invited Rutgers and Maryland.  They certainly still want Notre Dame.  If ND goes to the B1G, the 16th team could be either SU or Pitt and the B1G is already in PA.  I'm not saying this is going to happen, but SU has been on the B1G's radar for exapnsion for years.
