Do you have inside information that informs this statement?

Rene is one of the NY guys who bought into what Marrone is selling, early on. He's "undersized." Has he been in any trouble? And he's been a sure-handed punt catcher, who is shifty by all accounts and is probably waiting for our ST to catch up to allow him to show something. This is exactly the kind of guy we should be rooting for.

IMO there isn't a single player on the team that anyone should say, "No big loss," about. These are program kids that have bought into our new brand, and who chose to come here when results aren't guaranteed. Kids who knew that the going would be relatively tough and strict. Guys who don't try don't survive under Marrone's watch. Respect the kids who do.
