No, you can never know for sure how someone will turn out, but I think that is why the threshold is around 50 % instead of 100%. Basically, the NCAA is stating a coach should be able to get it right 50% of the time. I don't think this is too much to ask, though I may argue that exceptions should be made for those who leave early to play in the NBA. As Boeheim said, Harvard wasn't penalized when Bill Gates (or Mark Zuckerberg for that matter) left early. [/QUOTE]
