1. Do not lump in multiple women at once unless it was a Louie/Bouie situation. Each woman deserves her day
2. Tiana is an absolute warrior, but she can't be first. There are plenty of WBB players who have been waiting for too long

Because it has taken so long to recognize the women. Next season retire 1 number each of the ACC home games. More reason to go as fans.

3 jersey retirement ceremonies for WBB next year (all on Sat or Sun games)
$5 ticket to the WBB game, and you receive a MBB 3rd level corner/behind basket ticket to MBB game at no charge. You get your hard copy MBB ticket after the game in the backcourt and can purchase additional tickets for a special rate of $5.
Boosts women's attendance, hopefully gets more eyes on how fun and exciting their games are, gets easy revenue for Dome on parking and/or concession, and more bodies in the dome for MBB means a boost in revenue as well.
