Per source, no material terms were offered during Tuesday's settlement talks on Brady. Parties still stuck on facts (re: guilt) of the case.

Brady's side is showing the judge they are listening. The NFL is been stubborn demanding the NFLPA/Brady accept the Wells Report. If the NFL wanted a game they would take this "deal" in a heartbeat. Why would the NFL not take the deal?
