Anybody who is objective realizes the NFL had nothing on Brady. The judge has embarrassed the NFL attorney on this point. The NFL should have been happy taking the 1st round draft pick and 1 million dollar fine. However they want to the ability to punish players now without evidence when that is a joke. The appeal hearing was such a joke. If you read you see how dumb honestly Roger Goodell is. The guy has no clue about the law and had to have his personal lawyer halfway during the hearing make evidentary rulings on objections because he didn't know.
This who ordeal has showed the NFLPA has terrible leadership and got killed in the last CBA. The fact Goodell has taken this case this far with nothing is a joke.

If people take off their hatred of Brady/Patriots binders and look at the case its a joke. Believing they cheated is fine but if you can't prove it you can't punish. The fact Kraft took the penalties with a quid pro quo agreement with Goodell and then Roger listening to Biscotti, Woody Johnson, Jim Irsay saying get every pound of flesh is a joke.

Goodell tomorrow under the CBA could pretty much suspend a player for believing they did something and not being able to prove it if this stands.
