The Richard Sherman thing wasn't over the top. Over the top would have been if after the interview Anquan Boldin hit him over the head with a metal folding chair, followed by Erin Andrews shrieking "Oh no! That's... that's Roger Goodell's music!" followed by Roger Goodell haters-gonna-hate strutting out of the tunnel, grabbing the microphone from Erin Andrews, and then rasping in to the mic "You thought this was over, Sherman? It's not over until I say it's over... and I don't say it's over until 3 more minutes have run off of the clock! Referee, please spot the ball at the Seattle 20 for a San Francisco first down! And drop the cage!" That would have been over the top.
