The account they read on Mike and Mike of a former Dolphins lineman who witnessed this was somewhat telling.  The meathead group will take it as Martin overreacted.  The rest of us will look at it as over the line and there's no place for that in sports/workplace/life. 
 
Basically he described a big brother/little brother relationship in which Incognito encouraged him but went off on Martin if he wasn't trying hard enough or performing well enough.  He also said this goes on all the time but that some players know the line they can't cross with certain players and for Incognito, he wasn't able to recognize that line.
