Angeli had some struggles, but he made good decisions, and threw an accurate ball.  Give me guys like Mensah and Mateer (who's out for year) who don't throw bullets every pass, but put it on the money.  I have no faith that he will get better. If I was Fran and you do have an option, which it sounds like he may, I wouldn't hesitate in going to it, and I wouldn't wait until after a bye week.  Having a mobile QB can also help open up the run game.
