Do absolutely nothing for 10 to 15 seconds... Maybe pretend your dribbling a basketball...

You just emulated what Shabazz Napier did at the beginning of every possession over the last 10 minutes of today's game... He ran nothing.. Got UConn into nothing... Just pounded the ball into the floor while everyone stood around and watched... Uconn had us on the ropes and then they totally spit the bit... They ran the shot clock down, forced shots at the end, and stopped pounding the boards...

Don't get me wrong I'm happy about it... But if I'm a UCant fan I'm not happy with how those final minutes transpired

I can't say I agree with the strategy, but it was interesting to watch a team run stall ball against us when they were losing by more than 3 and with less than 30 seconds left. Not sure how that's going to end well for UConn, but Calhoun must know what he's doing.

Watching Jeremy Lamb stand in the same spot motionless for UConn's last 3 possessions today would drive me crazy if I was a Husky fan

Silence of the Lamb.
OK - I'm sure I'm not the first.

It is amazing how out of it and passive he is at times. Rudy Gay was that way a lot as well while at UConn..there's something to letting the game come to you, but not when you are expected to make big plays in big spots during a game.

I used to have a ton of respect for Lamb... But he really quit today...

that or find marshall - tulsa on tv somewhere (crappy teams but game is in the 3rd OT and based on boxscore half of both teams have fouled out)

He did the same thing last night. Has to be frustrating as a fan.

I love our defense; but no one with Lamb's ability should have 3 2nd half shots and go scoreless for the final 19 minutes. If he had Napier's aggressiveness he'd be incredible.

i snuck out of work to watch last 4 minutes at a bar. when uconn was down by 6 i think with under a minute left, as napier was pounding the ball at the top of the key for 15-20 seconds i screamed out "what the hell is he doing!!!!". he was actually pissing me off even though i was loving what he was doing as a cuse fan. 2 cuse fans next to me said "let him keep doing it." that was truly inexplicable, not sure if ive ever seen anything like that, he was acting like the game was tied lol

Lamb seems like a KJO type.. its there.. you salivate over it.. and then the drive or consistancy is not to be found. Way earlier in the year I made a comment that I felt he would be good.. but struggle with the extra attention. I think part of his mentality is he diverts. With Kemba last year he could make a play because of the attention others drew. Napier and Boatright are happy to take the extra possessions from him but don't help him at all as they don't draw the defense into them as Kemba did. Lamb needs to get stronger and develop a better ability to get to the rim. Otherwise he is not going to develop enough.

Funny I found myself getting frustrated and loving it at the same time... If I was a Uconn fan I's be pulling my hair out...

Kemba Walker carried more water than the Amazon for that team last year.

I'm just glad I don't have to see Kemba's mom for the 30th time on tv...

If I had a sofa at my desk, I wouldn't have had to waste vacation time taking yesterday off for the game...

Well, the beer thing would probably still be tough to swing.
