Oh my, how absolutely horrible. I dont care what Pistol did before his death, its really not fair being cheating of life like that and now with his son. I truly hope this isn't a legacy that continues through the family. Devastating.

Yes he played with a rare heart condition that is fatal usually before a child reaches their early teens. He had no left coronary artery only the right coronary artery in his heart all those years he played.
