I won't mention the actual football game, because there was none.

- Nice folks down there , we were treated well
- Found some good places to eat including an incredible Cat Fish sandwich at a place called the Silver Dollar.
Pretzels and Cheese are a popular apetizer.
Papa John Stadium ? ...Glad we have the Carrier Dome.

Yeah Louisville is awesome. Silver Dollar on Frankfort Ave? Great spot. One of the better bourbon/scotch bars in the country actually. Their selection of KY small batch /rare bourbons is crazy!

Yes, Not a Bourbon aficionado, but they asked what brand I wanted in my Ginger beer and Bourbon . Only negative is that I am not a big country music person. Di like the the rockabilly that they alternated in. My daughter, her friend and I all enjoyed the food. Had brunch in a place called the Hopcat, enjoyed that as well.

Hopcat is solid. Chain craft beer bar started in Detroit and Grand Rapids. They recently opened one down there. That Bardstown Rd strip is fun. Yeah you got unlucky with the music at Silver Dollar. It’s generally eclectic and rarely country.

Louisville may rank near the top of worst cities in America right next to Cleveland.

The Derby is fun (once was enough) and other than that nothing to do but drink bourbon.

The school is tarnished thanks to "Slick" Rick, Adidas and Bobby "ride my Harley" Petrino

Lol, okay bro. They have a good food scene. Louisville Slugger Museum and Muhammad Ali Museum as well. Against The Grain is a good brewery and there are newer ones as well. Some real exquisite bourbons that you can’t get outside of KY. Old Louisville has one of the largest collection of Victorian homes per capita in the country. Worth walking through.

Surprises me to hear that. My sister and brother-in-law went to SU/Louisville hoops last year and said the city was wonderful. I've heard many others compliment it as well.

100% completely disagree. Louisville very underrated smaller city with plenty to do and solid restaurants. A great spot. Derby is OK but too many people. Really enjoy Lexington as well
