Serious question: I know he was considered a disappointment as a recruiter on the Hill, but was he considered a very good coach?

I find the annual coaching carousel at the pro level interesting. It's an intricate game of musical chairs, but I'm not sure who is better off after the music stops. It's virtually always the same guys relocating to different cities.

How important are these guys anyway?

Pepper Johnson was hired this weekend to coach the DL for the Jets. Not a Syracuse guy but still on the Buffalo staff.
