...St. Rose...actually so pleased we play tonight...just to get away from the Happy Valley news and sordid deeds...

'Cuse basketball to lift the spirits...just in time to cheer when jeering seems to have been the voice of most. 'Cuse basketball and the debate of whether Scoop passes; Triche scores; Dion gives up the ball; Melo runs like the wind instead of being winded; KJ bounces and leaps as a couple of years ago...

That is what I want to think about today...not the heaviness and sadness that engulfs sports away from here...damn, I want to have a good game.

Yup..sports can be a wonderful antidote for the day to day events in the world that can really make you wonder.

The weirdness can get you down. Got to have some diversions to help maintain your sanity. Sports, and a Syracuse basketball game ...I got the fever, you got the cure.
