Pitt isn't playing WV every year anymore, they need someone to fill in their shoes for the backyard brawl. Then we knocked them off their horse last year as well. We are 3-3 in our last 6 meetings and 6-6 overall. The one thing that sort of keeps us from developing a rivalry is geographic location and recruiting areas. But I see no reason to try and create a rivalry with a team that is not in our conference, not in our state, and has only been playing decent to mediocre football for less than a decade. I used to be on this whole Rutgers rivalry thing too, but really I hated Schiano more than the actual program. Let them rot in the B1G. Nobody around here will care what they do in another year or two.
