Yep. Great situation for him. I disagree that it was his only chance, though. Has anyone reviewed the Buffalo and Giants QB/backup situations recently? I think at the end of the day, Tyrod's a backup. Eli's playing terribly (along with most of the Giant's offense). And Gino Smith -- wow (he literally has half Nassib's brain). Not sure what the calculus was there.

Marrone better damn well sign him. It's Ryan Nassib's production in 2012 that helped get Marrone his first NFL gig. He should pay him back whenever possible.

pretty clear to me that pugh was the difference that year.
