All that is known is that they are score based ratings - as if that tells us much. That said, it is pretty accurate after mid-season.

I guess i question the ratings if a team who can only put up scores of 0,0,7,17 and 17 against same level teams. I know there is alot that goes into it...but seriously? The LEAST amount of points we have put up is 24 all year.
