It's great to confirm most of our thoughts as to why he struggled so many times this year.
That it is a confidence thing, that it is correctable and that he knows how to build on it when he does get into a groove.

“With my shot, it’s just about being confident and also taking my time, (which) is what I did today.”

“I hit the close one first (a 12 footer), it definitely got me into a rhythm, and then you kind of get your legs under you, then step back and hit another one (his first three). But yes, that first one (shot) definitely helped me out.”

We all know he's not there yet, has to be more consistent to be a solid contributor (down the road time). But, yesterday shows that the potential is there, that he can do this.
